There is no one price list for sponsored articles - it all depends on the topic, quality, industry, and fees on the content platform primarily on its reputation.

 

Sponsored articles - are there fixed rates? 

There are no fixed rates for sponsored articles, each company sets them individually. Sometimes, the copywriter partially decides on the rate, as they are the ones who, if they cooperate with an advertising agency/content marketing agency or hire a freelancer, receive all or almost all of the payment for creating the text. The average national rates for a medium-quality article in this case range from a few to several dozen zlotys net per 1000 characters, but it all depends on the level of the written texts - better ones are priced at several dozen zlotys for the same number of characters. In agencies employing specialists, prices are usually higher, ranging from 30-35 to even 100 zlotys per 1000 characters (the agency gives us a quality guarantee and also has the ability to quickly complete larger orders, which can be carried out by several people). Occasionally, there are orders priced at higher amounts, even several hundred zlotys per 1000 characters - these are very specialized ones. 

 

When considering the help of a content marketing company (some also emphasize that they also deal with link building), we usually find a detailed price list on their website. Of course, larger orders allow for price negotiations. Some companies also prepare and publish texts in foreign languages.

 

Sponsored articles - what determines the price? 

The price of sponsored articles depends on many different factors. Firstly, it depends on the authority and position of the company placing the order and publishing the text. Drastically different rates can be presented in the case of small local portals and large, recognized and well-known ones. This is of course due to prestige, but also the number of people the text will reach - in the first case there may be dozens, in others millions (literally - there are portals where the number of users generating traffic on the site ranges between 2-3 million per month!). So the price is related to the number of unique users, as well as the domain's position in Google (Trust Flow position). The industry of the website also matters, let's not hide it - the medical or automotive industry will have different rates than a niche one. The length of the text, its uniqueness (the general rule is that strictly promotional texts are valued less than expert ones, especially those made for SEO), and the industry matter - as there are industries where many copywriters work and due to competition, prices are lower, and there are also those where only a narrow group of writers specialize, which immediately raises the rates. In addition, there are differences in the availability of materials, the popularity of the topic, specific guidelines from the client. Some agencies charge additional fees for services exceeding the "basic package", for example for also posting the article on social media or a larger number of dofollow links. Others, on the other hand, provide graphics for free, offer discounts on larger orders.

 

Price ranges of sponsored articles

The price range of sponsored articles is really wide, and everyone will find something for themselves, according to their budget. 

 

Prices depend, of course, on the elements mentioned above. In a small local portal, this price can be literally a few dozen zlotys (with an average of around 100-150 zlotys), but on large and reputable websites, the cost can be in the range of several thousand (with an average of around 3 thousand). There are also those that can cost tens of thousands, equivalent to the rates in traditional print advertising (and they are also in demand).
